Mikhail Barancheev
1920 - 1998
Mikhail was born in the Russian town of Kalinova.
In 1953, he graduated from the Surikov Art Institute in Moscow.
He became a member of the Union of Russian artists in 1961.
Mikhail lived and worked in Arkhangelsk.
There is a large collection of Barancheyev's art works preserved at Arkhangelsk State art museum.
